Exclamation One BAD experience, a consumer report…

Arrg…I am so frustrated, I’m not sure what to do, please any constructive suggestions would be great!

Here is the situation in a nut shell…I phoned up “Wheelcovers Unlimited” in Calgary to ask Rob (part owner) what rims would fit my STi for my winter rubber…this was back in Nov 2005. I was directed to this company because I could get the rims at wholesale through my parts department at work…sounded good to me at the time…He sent me F69 Phase rims and guaranteed me they would fit…3 months later when my vehicle finally arrived, they didn’t fit. After many weeks of phone calls, he replaced the rims with Fast Co. Poison’s. Not the best rim in my opinion, but it does clear the caliper, ok, good! Cost to date not including rim price…$300 just for swapping the rubber from factory rim to winters etc. NOW, after checking invoice prices I find that there is a $65 difference in price per rim from the F69 Phase that I paid for, and the Poisons that I now have. Total money out due to total and blatant incompetence…$460.00. I have phoned multiple times and have even spoken to the other part owner…Welcome to pass the buck week!

The battle continues as now its all about principle, screw the money!

One disgruntled and discussted customer of Wheelcovers Unlimited.
