Default picture request: tint on 1st gen

hey guys im getting my back 5 windows on my 92 sedan done tomorrow and im not to sure on how dark i should go
the car is silver with black 5spoke wheels with a chrome lip.
i was thinking 5% but now i think that would be a little to dark
what have you guys done for tint?

i think ill probably go a bit darker then that

That will look like ass man. Go with a lighter tint and do the front windows too or skip the tint all together.

cant do the front windows
its illegal here and i dont want to pay for it then have to take it right off

If you can't do the front door windows too, even with a really light tint, don't bother. Back windows only really looks like ass

I'm OK with only doing the back windows if it's a wagon, but on a sedan it looks better having all windows the same. So you can't do the front side windows at all? That sucks.

if he lives in California, then that's correct. i do recall reading somewhere that you can put a very slight tint on the front windows (like a 68% tint or something to that effect), but i haven't been able to find that again. but cops in Cali are very strict about the front windows being tinted.
