Im looking to build a hybrid motor for my car with usdm sti short block and my stock heads. I still havent determined what turbo i want yet.(i drive a '98 legacy GT btw) but my car runs a maf sensor, not map. WIll this cause a problem with the link EM? another option i saw was the link plus, it looks more flexable, but i still dont know if i can run maf with it?!?! whats my best option here, switch to a MAP manifold, or what? Thanks in advance for the advise.

You will have to switch to a map based setup/manifold. If your ever at the point of needing one I've got an extra sitting around. The link is also kind of a pita depending on where you live and tuning it to keep it running well. The link+ isn't much better but overall better than the link. The hydra, motec, autronic or wolf 3d might be better options if you've got more money to spend.
