Talking Took the Legacy to Buttonwillow 06/09

I have to say I did not do well with my car. I arrived at the nearby motel 3:30am fri nite and only got 3 hrs of sleep. I was dead tired through out the day to push the car to its full potential.

Even though i was one of the slowest car in my run group, i still had a pretty good time. The new brake pads held up well against fading. I guess I did ok against all the high powered cars. There was a silver 4 dr 2.5RS in my group as well. He was running much faster than what I was doing.

There were tons of M3s, E30, E36, and couple of the new ones, like 30+ in total. Guess that's due to the Group A race (BMWCCA race).

Saw Gary had a blast race in the afternoon. The WRX did pretty well against other USTCC cars. Altough from my observation, the Prelude and the BMW was faster. I believe he took 1st place Sat afternoon in his class.

Overall, if i can get more sleep the night before, the experience would be even better.
Guess a good night sleep is very important.
