Default 100,000 Miles!!!

Hey All,

I just wanted to say my Suby is now at 100,000 miles. I guess that is a milestone since its a 97 GT. ANd i've only had the head gasgets replaced, and rear seal go out

I'll post pics later of what my 100K machine looks like at this point. Once the new 08 STI or EVO X comes out, the Legacy is to become the 100k beater

End.

-Steve

Any Subie that's had the hadgaskets done will clear 100k easily. It's no big deal.

Now, if you had gone 100,000 miles on the original head gaskets, that would be newsworthy!

Well its a big thing for me because that means I will be getting my new car soon.
I told myself as soon as it hits 100k the wife and I will be getting a new car. so there!
Plus my daily commute is about ohh...2 miles a day, so it takes forever to get to the 100k mark!
=p

I'm pretty sure mine lasted to 173K. But the single owner before me drove this car like a grandma

Congrats, it is a cool milestone! I was so happy with mine I took pictures... only car I've owned that made it that far.

At 120K miles now, still going strong.

I made it to 118k before the headgaskets went... I blame it on my "she's over 100k, I can drive her more aggressively now" mentality...
