It's your rear main seal and/or the oil separator "plate" (cover). These parts are about $35 together from the dealer. You gotta drop the tranny, which of course means pulling both front driveaxles, the driveshaft, etc. It's a decent job. The OEM oil separator plate is plastic. Subaru redesigned it and it's now aluminum. I can get you part #s if you'd like, I have the parts sitting in my garage waiting for a long weekend. Consider yourself lucky, mine's leaking enough to smoke pretty good at stoplights. Kinda embarrasing
