That's what I figured, since the UTEC needs so many changes made to the boost maps and parameters. But I know in some ways the stock ECU is smarter than the UTEC, so I figured I'd make sure. Hmmm... I guess I will wait on installing it then. I went out yesterday and bought vacuum tubing and soldered a 10 ohm resistor into the positive lead on the pigtail, but the BCS will just have to sit in the basement with the rest of my new parts.
