All four tires should be the same otherwise you compromise your traction. With all-seasons on the front and winters on the back the car will tend to understeer more because you won't have as much traction in the front. If you put the all-seasons on the back you'll tend to oversteer since the rear will give out first.

That's no problem if you get into an accident involving only yourself, but it sucks big time if you involve someone else .
