Default Is the dealer supposed to disclose a vehicle to be "Wind Damaged"?

Hello all,

New to this forum. Just leased a Tribeca off the local dealership - Mahagony Red in Color - great interior, great performance, great utility etc. etc. the front end does make people look around, but all in all am very satisfied with the vehicle..

My other 2 cars are a Mercedes M Class SUV and a Nissan Maxima sedan, was really looking for something AWD between the two, and this crossover was perfect. Will post some pictures, once the weather here in N. Cal clears up and I can wash my car nice and clean!

After reading this thread, I am almost thinking of going back to the dealership and asking if the car I have leased is "Wind Damaged" and if yes, if I can negotiate any discount on it..

Is the dealership supposed to disclose a car as "Wind Damaged" in the lease/purchase agreement?
