My other 2 cars are a Mercedes M Class SUV and a Nissan Maxima sedan, was really looking for something AWD between the two, and this crossover was perfect. Will post some pictures, once the weather here in N. Cal clears up and I can wash my car nice and clean!
After reading this thread, I am almost thinking of going back to the dealership and asking if the car I have leased is "Wind Damaged" and if yes, if I can negotiate any discount on it..
Is the dealership supposed to disclose a car as "Wind Damaged" in the lease/purchase agreement?
Congrats on the new Tribeca. Yes a wind damaged vehicle should be disclosed. And secondly... it would not be a "new" car as SOA would have sold it to the dealership and would be classified as a used car. If your car was bought as new...it's beyond the possibility of being a wind damaged vehicle.
