Check your logs. Compare your MAF and boost between cold and warm days. If boost is the same, I'd just pull some timing before I added fuel. If your boost is higher, you can tone it down. Maybe also check your AFR.

You should overall get better performance in the cold. You really need to look at your logs and see what has changed and is causing the problem. Obviously timing has not, but airflow and AFR may have.
