I found the problem. It appears that the peddle tps sensor was getting too high of a voltage. Was making it read inconsistant. We backed the voltage down from that and it seemed to resolve the issue. Wierd for sure.
The utec doesnt let the ecu see the maf so that wouldnt matter.
