For the first time since this issue was brought up last year, you finally provided us your proper shipping information just a few minutes ago. If we don't have the right address, and you don't get back to our multiple requests for that info (we left phone messages and sent emails) we can't do much to fix the problem. All we saw were "I didn't get my DVD!" posts and emails. Yeah, great, we can't ship a DVD to an email address or a forum post.
This is now resolved, the DVD is going out via USPS. You may want to review your own communication skills before saying publicly that we're at fault for 'ignoring' customer service issue when you failed to provide us with the most basic of information. I am happy, however, that this is finally resolved.
