Me, I would take a stock ECU map, rescale for the injectors, and set the rev limiter at 4k or so (set it low enough so theres no way you can spool the turbo). Work on part throttle during break-in and slowly raise the rev limiter while tuning for higher rpms. But that's just me.

Oh and how did you fit 95mm pistons in an STI block? talk about p/w clearence...
