I have a Vishnu turbo kit. I think it is a Turbonetics t3/t4 (Shiv was very secretive about the details, so I didn't ask anymore questions). It is both oil and water cooled. I can't say for sure if there is any tilt to it but it looks fairly level in it's mounted position and center line of the turbo is about the same height as the top of the engine block. The feed line is -4 and return is -10. I don't know if the turbo itself has a restrictor built into it on the oil supply side but the lines that came with the kit does not. I have seen my friend's HKS turbo actually has a restrictor built into it on the oil supply side.

I have about 500 miles of normal driving and boosting with no oil burning issues. One thing I did notice is that after installing the WRX oil pan, and filling the oil to the full line on the dip stick. There is quite a bit of oil flowing out of the return fitting welded on the side of the oil pan. So don't trust your dip stick! Remove your oil return line from the oil pan and let the extra oil flow out and use that as you new fill point. This is provided your car is parked on level ground and the fitting is welded as high as it can be on the oil pan. Mine is about an inch down from the top of the pan which is still well above the second baffle. Hope that helps!
