Thanks for the response. I got the window to roll up. I will post a picture later when I'm not at work, but what I did to get it to work is disconnected the power wire from the switch to the motor. It's the wire that is connected via a harness that is bolted to the door. There were two leads, checking with a volt meter, the two leads both gave off 12 volts when the switch was in its respective position. So, I ran two wires from the harness on the switch to the harness on the door and reversed how it would connect normally. I pressed down on the switch and the window went up. I'm not sure why this is, either a ground is messed up (or possibly disconnected since my interior is in disarray) or the connector on the switch side is messed up and won't make a connection with the connector on the door from the up position. Anyway, I thought I would put an update.
