its REALLY straight forward...

1. look behind the steering wheelat 3 and 9 o'clock, unscrew the torx screws...
2. take out the air bag

3. (with the steering wheel locked) grab a breaker bar and break the bolt loose (its the ONLY bolt you see.)

4. if you have the clock spring, simply undo the screws and screw the new ones in... if not, just align the new steering wheel as best as possible and slide it back in, then bolt it back up, place the airbag in place, and tighten up the torx screws
