Pulled this thread up again to look at something related to EZ30R swaps and decided to fiddle with the dyno graph a bit. Here's a compilation of dyno runs, all from Dyno Dynamics dynos. Not the same Dyno Dynamics dyno, of course, and spread over years and years, so not the best comparison, but still fun to look at.

The SOHC and DOHC EJ25 curves are same day runs by my essentially stock EJ25D and an essentially stock SOHC (EJ251? 253? I never can remember) 2000 or 2001 2.5RS at a dyno day yeeeaaars ago. The "built EJ25D" curves are a few years later from my same engine, but enhanced with Cobb heads & cams, Injen CAI, OBX header, Stromung exhaust, hiflow cat, and S-AFC fuel adjustments. And last but not least is Blaeven's data, which I just eyeballed off the dyno graph he posted here and put into Excel (converting the units along the way).

The EZ30R puts down +40ftlb to the wheels across pretty much the entire RPM band. That's pretty awesome if you ask me!
