wow, looks like this thread got bumped lol...

anyhow, I ended up just taking off the clear cover of the gauge cluster (5 minutes) and putting a tiny square piece of electrical tape over the TPMS warning light. It is almost invisible during the daytime unless you're looking specifically at it, and at night totally invisible and blocks all the light. An easier solution than taking crap apart, and easily reversible in the winter when my stock wheels/winter tires (with TPMS) are back on the car.
