i went out and bought tube benders, brake, nocher, i read up on everything. a friend who welds for a living came over and started pointing and laughing. over time i'm more consistent than he is. the only real way to learn is to get after and mess up everything. two things are for sure pick one thing and get really good at then move on to the next thing, and prep prep prep. your weld are only as good as your prep on the surfaces. i'm finishing a 6 point cage on a car thats taking 5 months but its clean and custom
