We did this last weekend on an 02 with just those parts. Clearance gets tight near the strut and the tire, but it fits. It's a fairly aggressive lift, however. Are you going to run larger tires? If not, it will look a bit goofy. For just a seasonal lift I would suggest a spacer and a lifetime alignment deal from somewhere.
