“My insurance company gave me a list of repair facilities, and you were not listed… Can I still have my collision work done in your shop?”
This is the most common question asked by customers in the collision industry. Insurance companies work with “preferred” shops, which are set up with mutually beneficial arrangements (insurance companies send work their way, and in exchange they save the insurance companies money by using aftermarket body parts, conceding to certain labor rates, etc.). You ARE NOT required to take your car to one of these facilities – It is your right as a vehicle owner to choose your collision and repair facility, and your insurance company is legally required to accept that choice! IAG Collision will work with any insurance provider.
“Do you only offer collision repair on Subarus?”
No, we offer collision repair on all makes and models, both import and domestic. Our collision specialists have experience working on a wide variety of vehicle applications like Subaru, Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini (and everything in-between). Our experience includes everything from run of the mill daily drivers to magazine quality show cars.
“Once a frame is bent on a vehicle, can it be returned to the original condition?”
All vehicle manufacturers have recommendations on the correct way to repair the frames on their vehicles. By following manufacturer guidelines, and investing in the right equipment and personnel, a vehicle’s frame can be returned to its original pre-accident condition.
“Is your work guaranteed? What is your warranty on collision repair?”
Absolutely! Our workmanship and repair labor is guaranteed for life. Workmanship includes metalwork, painting, and mechanical labor. Parts warranties vary for each individual manufacturer.
