So the valves are bent. I pulled the timing cover again and one of the cams was about 180 deg out of alignment. The other one was still in line. When I pulled the belt and spun the one cam there was noticeable noise, a squeaking and a tick. I put everything back together and started it but I ran horribly and I had to keep on the gas to keep it running.

Can anyone recommend a shop that specializes in heads? Will the pistons need to be resurfaced as well? I might just have to tow it to a shop and let them do it. Can anyone recommend someone for that. Bueller?
