I don't think a LOC would work that way. You would be trying to take the aftermarket HU's line-level subwoofer output and use the LOC to convert that to a speaker-level (high-level) signal that the Kicker sub is expecting.
For that, you would need a mono amp. And if you were going to do that, you might as well rip out the Kicker sub's amp and replace it with a better amp that can take a line-level signal as input.
