No worries or concerns when you find the right engine builder and tuner!

If your looking for a 100k built motor yeah stock sleeve might not be the way to go lol but stock sleeves have been proven with good tuning to live well beyond 30 psi. All in the tuning and care you put into the setup. Mines seen 26-31 psi for maybe 15 miles. No issues.
