Here is the finished prodict to utilize the front opening to keep the stock look of the hood scoop but with the Vent I made under it and the homemade vent in the back of it to let the air flow through and out.

With the way the vent is shaped it in theory cant go in the hood in any way, shape, or form, and will continute to flow out. this also protects against water going into the vent which everybody alwasy is concerned about...
