I wont go into to details, but I was robbed a few years back (look it up in OT if you want). I had a cheapo safe that was to keep my guns away from my young kids, but thats all it did. I was lucky no crimes were committed with my guns and I got all of them back (thank you PC Sheriff).
I would up grade to a slightly bigger safe and use it just for weapons related stuff. Get a safety deposit box at your bank for docs and whatever. If your still lacking room see if your local range can help out with storage (I think some do for a monthly fee).
