Based on your last post, you still have a lot of learning to do before you mod.

A BCS will not add any HP to your car, and will require you to to pay for a professional tune. Cobb does not, and likely will not have OTS tunes for their BCS.

A bigger intercooler isn't always better. Which is why, for the mods you listed, most of us only recommend an STi core. It has been proven to be highly effective and hard to beat for the money.

As for why you have to tune the car, if you still don't yet understand how finnicky these cars are, then you should really just leave yours stock.

Take the next week or so to read Unibombers manifesto. While most of the info is dated, old and mostly pertaining to 2.0L stuff... It's still decent info.
