Look at my build, I have been through enough heart ache on my11. May I suggest you stay at stage-2 with a good fitting TMIC (AVO fits best), I ve been through the IPR/Perrin headache. Go stage-2 get a good pro tune.
I would do the following:
Catted DP, CDE
EBCS (grimmspeed) - optional
Forge BPV (Subaru specific model)
TMIC of choice (mine is AVO) -Optional
AP OTS stage-2 (for now)
Call it a day. You could wait on the TMIC, but to get max potential it should be tuned on the car.
