The issue is not the rack or sending it back, it is that the OP is ranting and raving about nothing.
This thread is great marketing for QRack, who have clearly gone above and beyond to accomodate, when it turned out that the OP was wrong they stopped sending money...makes perfect sense.
OP will rant and rave about a contract being broken, but it doesn't matter, he's at fault and is clearly incapable of understanding how the power steering system works.
