Me and Taig were talking the other day. I told him, man, If I'd have known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.

I've only gotten to where I am and still able to function by pure dumb luck. I'm willing to share the experience and good judgment in the hopes that it will prevent someone else's misery.
