Personally I'd never purchase a modified car unless I knew the owner well. As far as this one goes like everyone else mentioned almost everything on that list is suspension tid bits. In my eyes this is a good thing because most people that don't know how to mod a car correctly try to buy a bunch of go fast parts (usually cheap knock offs) and then drive the piss out of it sometimes untuned (or with a crappy one at best). The fact that the previous owner invested a fair amount of time/money on suspensions leads me to believe that he has an actual understanding of the car and focused on what could make it more enjoyable to drive.
