Default Fried piston rings:sell or rebuild?

fixed an over boost that i had at 19 PSI for the last two months last week. 2005 wrx 10k on short block 90k on heads. ONLY MOD IS MRT TMIC!!

did compression test today, on a really ghetto compression tester, friends 240 ran 150 on all 4. i read 90 on all 4 cyl... but the car runs completely normal. my cars exhaust was smoking out about 2 feet as my other buddies wasnt at all at cold start.. thinking fried/blown/whatever piston rings. exhaust smokes white at about a 2 foot plume at idle and nothing once warmed up..

two options, sell/trade the car at a dealer and get a MT wrx, or use my resources rebuild the block/ put in new short block. i think imma try and get another one of these pieces of ****.

on my 3rd engine in three years, due to rod knock. first engine due to me being a noob 2nd due to warranty giving me already blown motor.
