I have dealt with this company when I thought I ordered something wrong. After three tries, and the 15% charge + shipping, I found their ordering system was screwing up. All I got was the last order 15% off. No refund for the two screw ups before hand....

I doubt they will do much with helping you in charge, but I would try being honest and explaining gf accidentally purchased wrong item, if no luck, you can either attempt to sell, or eat 15% and get right part.
