Just like abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym, strength is gained while under the covers.
You're not going to get fat or lose strength from a week off. You're going to come back and after a day or two to get back into the swing or things, you're going to PR.
If you perform active recovery, stretch, and rest properly, you'll probably PR on your first day back.
