Method - I've had a similar issue with my 2008 and I/the dealership tracked the problem down to a broken pin on a connector beneath the fuse box. Pull the main section of the fuse box up and there are two connectors underneath - unplug both pugs from the smaller connector and the chances are there's some rust on one of the pins. When I looked at it the pin is actually broken off and missing - hence no high beams.

In my case the temperature is fine, but the high beams aren't working - extensive Google-ing tells me they both run through the same connector.

My issue is that I don't have any leads on where I can buy a replacement for that connector. I can't find out which circuit or harness it comes with so I can actually purchase one!!

If you have any ideas I'd be willing to listen!
