No that's not what I think at all, but in a business standpoint, if you have to pay for a product and the labor involved in it then the price should be set at x amount and if you do not have to pay for a product and only labor then the price should be lower because if it costs you 2,000 for the software and say 2 hours labor then the price should be 350-500, but if you're only paying for labor then it should be considerably cheaper. It's the same thing if you were to buy a dyno, those things are 50 to 100,000 and you need to get that money back by charging to do tuning more to pay for the product.
