Awesome man! Glad to hear you had a pleasant, successful visit at your dealership! Its good that there are techs that still care about customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I've had quite the opposite experiences with my dealership. Every time I have a complaint or concern, it always gets dismissed by the techs. Even the service reps are rude and act like they could care less.

There are still a couple more dealerships in my state that I'm considering trying out just to see how their customer service is.
