My dad's '07 Tahoe went over 95k miles on the original brakes.

It's at 107k miles now, he's the original owner. Here is the list of repairs/maintenance/mods:
Rear Diff - blew out 3 times, all covered by warranty and rental car given
Oil Change every 7-8k miles
K&N air filter
Tires
Hawk pads
Stoptech rotors
Brake fluid flush
V1 hardwire
WeatherTech floor mats

I really don't know a lower maintenance vehicle, ever. I'm pushing for the trans fluid to be flushed, but I'm not really sure if it needs it. Truck looks exactly like a '12 Tahoe (except trailer hitch cover is different); rides/handles like new, and same mpg as new. Oh, and it's fully loaded, so it has the super-heated washer fluid option that was dropped on later trucks, which is totally worth taking the risk of catching on fire because it is so beneficial in winter.
