I would check the coolant return line to turbo and see if it is leaking and is burning off creating the smell and smoke, check both ends when the car is warm. The hose looks like a C and has silver heat wrap on it. I replaced with OEM as it is only $13. The coolant is hitting a heat source making it smoke which could be the down pipe or exhaust.
Which would explain the coolant smell but the other smell was not coolant. Hopefully the answers will come soon and they won't be but to bad.
