Default 2011 WRX CEL after fixing blinker

I just took off my intake so I can reach into the blinker bulb to fix it. It had a fast blinking problem and the dealership just couldnt fix it lol. Turns out it was a loose bulb...

Anyways, during the intake uninstallation i saw that there was a lot of bees and random crap in my filter, so I just tapped it on the floor to get anything heavy out of the filter. Then I put everything back together and when I turn on the car afterwards I get a CEL with the codes reading
P0102 - MAF sensor low circuit
P0113 - intake air temp circuit high input

I'm hoping those just came up because I slightly cleaned up the filter or it was because of moving the MAF sensor a bit. I didn't disconnect the battery while doing this - am I supposed to?

Is there anything I should be watching out for?
