My point is that just because you never heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I chose my words very carefully in my previous statement. Many people have the squeaky clutch and choose not to do anything about it, and their car is fine. Those who brought their car to the dealer and had the dealer check the clutch/TOB had their TOB and pressure plate replaced. Those are the facts.
