Will my trans fuel pump and injectors be fine with over 300 or should I run the cobb map with the vf39? This will give me about 290whp or so and might be more reliable until I get a 6spd injectors fuel pump and pro tune.

A cracked waste gate wont affect performance or reliability?
You'll run a higher injector duty cycle on a shelf tune at 290 than a custom tune at 300. Many people have made 300 on a stock pump. So unless yours is failing you're fine.

You should be more concerned about the torque killing your trans than the hp. Keep the torque lower and you'll be safer.

Never heard of an actual problem with a waste gate crack.
