+1 to Turn 1! Great instructors there, especially Pat. They're not cheap, but the quality of instruction is worth it, IMO. And once your instructor clears you for solo driving, T1's pricing becomes on par with other track organizations.

Just starting out for track days HP+ should work fine (coupled with a good fluid). I've been using them for 6+ events, now, including 2 days on CMP's east course and 2 days on the full course. But, now I feel it's time to step up to a proper track pad and just swap them at/before the event.
