In my experience (and from what I read, a lot of others) they go above and beyond to make things right. They've fixed stuff *I* screwed up and have always been nothing but reasonable if you approach them with the same reason and respect. Let's see any company or dealership match that level of courtesy. Most companies will just show you the door and leave you with a fraking coupon for more crappy service.

It's probably people like you (and to a degree, myself) that are to blame for these guys packing up the shop. It's our loss.
