Yea, I'm not sure where you are planning to go for install and tuning. Chances are you can talk one shop into a discount if you get it all done there. Those are pretty basic mods so the prices should be comparable no matter where you go.

And both OS and AP have their advantages. Do some research, talk to tuners. You can always buy a used AP to save money.

Also, I haven't been out to the meet in awhile, so I don't know if you're a regular or not. I'm sure some of the locals can help you with the install. Pizza and beer goes a long way. The intake can be done by anyone who can use a wrench/screw driver. The dp might be tough based on the age of the car and getting the bolts loose. Never did an up-pipe so I have no clue on that one
