Yes, they will fit. Here is the deal. I have a 2005 STI and the front coilovers match up perfectly except for the camber plate. It is at a 45 degree angle from where it should be so you get a camber/caster adjustment combo. For the rears I had a stock strut off of a 2009 sti. I held it up and it did in fact match up, however I did not bolt it on to confirm this. It was visually the same though.

I am going to be running a set of dominator tracks (americantracktrucks.com) on the baja this next winter so I fabbed up some 4" lift plates for both my STI and the baja. This way I don't have to screw around with the coilovers I can just bolt the lift plates on, load up the tracks and head to the snow. One could use the lift plates just for a lifted look on the baja although I think the axles would have to be longer at some point.

On a side note BC racing makes coilovers SPECIFICALLY for the baja now. I wish I would have bought those rather than the ISC kit which is basically a 2009 STI coilover kit.
