An ideal situation would be to drop your car off at the Subaru plant in IN and it gets shipped to the Port of Baltimore via train with a bunch of new Subaru Tribecas. I wouldn't hold my breath on that, though. It is possible that WWL can recommend a carrier that can safely move your car from Sioux City to one of their port facilities on the East Coast.

The US DoD is, by far, the largest customer which needs to arrange shipment of POVs out of the US. You might want to try and figure out who the DoD uses as contractors.
