Yep, based on road feel I suspect it is more like 70-80whp difference.. and of course in 4th gear the boost is higher then what I had on the dyno.. especially in the 24psi run. Boost control with the current wastegate has been difficult because I have the actuator preloaded a lot, which makes it temperature dependent.
If anything this shows how difficult it is to just dyno tune.. so many different variables on the road.
I'll turn on the flat foot and do some more longs this next week.
