Subaru-to-ISO harnesses exist, but they're not commonly available in North America. Not worth the effort, IMO. Just cut off the HU's ISO sockets and solder or crimp the wires to a Subaru wiring harness (like you would for any other aftermarket HU install).
I just bought a Subaru wiring harness off Ebay for like 4 bucks and crimped that to the wiring that came with the unit and didn't have any issues. My 07 STI doesn't have steering wheel controls, built in BT or anything like that so I can't answer any questions about wiring those bits up. From what I have read, that stuff is kind of hit or miss for people right now.
